1. Coconut Oil, Sugar, and Peppermint Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp white or brown sugar
  • 1 drop peppermint essential oil

Directions

Combine the ingredients in a small container and mix them well.

You can use regular sugar or even coarse sugar powder. Add a drop of essential oil, not more. Don’t be alarmed if you feel a slight tingling sensation, it’s normal with peppermint essential oil. It means it’s working.

Don’t add too much essential oil though, some people might not react well to the use of essential oils.
