Homemade smoothies are the best which are rich in nutrients and tasty.
Weight loss smoothies can be made by ingredients like cacao, ginger, berries, and avocado In this post, We will see 8 weight loss smoothies(my personal favorites). Lets’s go!!
1. Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
A creamy, sweet vegan green smoothie with banana, peanut butter, flaxseed, berries, and almond milk.
The perfect treat for healthy breakfast or afternoon snack.
- 1 medium banana (previously peeled, frozen )
- 1 /2 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 Tablespoon of flaxseed meal
- 1 heaping Tablespoon of natural, salted peanut butter
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until it becomes creamy and add almond milk for thickening
- Serve fresh or freeze to enjoy later
2. Carrot Smoothie
This type of smoothie is a bit costly in city bars but we can make this drink at home easily!
Ingredients:
- Orange peels
Instructions:

cook carrots in a small pan with a small amount of boiling water about 15 minutes or until very tender. Drain well and let it cool.

Place prepared carrots in a blender. Add finely shredded orange peel. Add ice cubes and cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
3. Berry Smoothie
This Berry Smoothie Recipe is one of my favorite easy breakfasts.
Fresh berries are blended with milk, and yogurt seeds to create a healthy, on the go meal or snack for any palate.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups with mixed berries frozen
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of vanilla milk
Instructions:
- Add yogurt, mixed berries and chia seeds in the blender and blend until it becomes creamy
- Add vanilla milk for thickening
- serve it immediately
4. Strawberry Banana Smoothie
This strawberry banana smoothie is an easy, tasty recipe made from fresh ingredients.
It’s creamy, healthy and can be made with various dairy products. It’s the perfect smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of strawberries and sliced banana
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of your favorite syrup(chocolate or vanilla)
Instructions:
- Place yogurt, strawberry, and banana in the blender and blend it smoothly
- Add almond milk for thickening
- Add syrup and honey for sweetness and serve it
5. Tropical Paradise Smoothie
This smoothie is the main theme for “smoothies to drink along the poolside”.
This rich look smoothie has more nutrients than your average food.
So it’s better for a healthy and tasty breakfast!
ingredients:
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 3 slices of banana
- 3 slices of mangoes
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of almond milk
Instructions:
- Place pineapple, banana and mango slices in the blender with yogurt
- Blend it smoothly and add almond milk
- Serve it immediately or later
6. Coconut and Mango Smoothie
This yummy smoothie is rich with proteins and fibers because of coconut and mango ingredients and it’s tasty and healthy breakfast when you want to lose your fat.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1 cup of Coconut milk
- ½ tablespoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of chopped frozen organic mango
- ½ tablespoon of flaked coconut
Instructions:
- Add chia seeds, slices of mango with coconut milk in the blender
- Blend it smoothly and add vanilla extract for thickening
- spread flaked coconut on top of the smoothie and serve it

- 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup of yogurt

- place the frozen banana, yogurt and almond milk in the blender and blend it smoothly

- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 cup of sliced frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 cup of almond milk
