Remove Your Wrinkles

1) Aloe Vera Coconut Mixture

Aloe Vera is the best medicine for the skin as it soothes burns, stretch marks, hydrates the skin and makes it soft. It is always better to use fresh aloe vera since it has more juice.

Coconut is another ingredient which is mostly consumed but it has many benefits for the skin too. Coconut also hydrates our skin and gives it a shining look.

Ingredients

  1. Coconut 113 g
  2. Aloe Vera 113 g
  3. Essential Oils 3-5 drops

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and mix the Aloe Vera and coconut oil thoroughly for about 5 min till a consistent proportion is obtained.
  2. Add the essential oil with the mixture and transfer this to a glass jar.
  3. This jar must be stored in a cool temperature for better result.

2) Almond Paste

Almond contains Vitamin E, which is an anti-oxidant and other vitamins and proteins that can nourish our skin and get rid of skin conditions like wrinkles, burns, etc.

On the other hand, rose water has anti-inflammatory agents that maintain the pH levels of the skin. This soothes the skin from irritation and provides smoothness.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 tbsp Almond Paste (Soak, remove skin and mash the almonds)
  2. 2 tbsp rosewater.

Procedure:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients to form a smooth paste.
  2. Apply this mixture and keep it for 20 min.
  3. Wash it off with water.

You can do this as many times as possible to get better results.

3. Honey – Aloe Vera Blend

Honey is known for the presence of anti-oxidants that boosts the skin’s complexion and is an anti-bacterial agent that can be used for curing skin abnormalities such as skin blemishes, acne, etc.

Aloe vera can hydrate the skin and quenches the burns. Oats can be a great scrub and removes dirt from pores.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp honey
  2. 1 tbsp oats
  3. 1 tbsp aloe vera

Procedure

  1. Mix every ingredient in a bowl till a paste is formed.
  2. Apply this paste on the skin in a circular motion thoroughly.
  3. Leave it as such for around 20 min and rinse it with water.
  4. This blend would scrub off all the dirt from the skin and cure any skin issues.

4. Sugar – Almond oil mixture

Almond oil is rich with the antioxidant vitamin E that can cure various skin diseases.

Sugar and lemon juice can act as a scrub and can slow down the growth of bacteria thus it avoids skin issues such as acne, blemishes, etc.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp sugar
  2. 1 tbsp almond oil
  3. ½ tbsp lemon juice

Procedure

  1. Mix all the above ingredients to form a paste.
  2. Apply this paste to the skin in a circular motion.
  3. Let it stay on your skin for around 10 min.
  4. Wash it with warm water.

Do this procedure every day at least for a month so that all the skin issues vanish. Moisturize the skin after every wash of the face.

5. Cucumber – Tomato Mixture

Cucumber is a cooling agent that contains 99% of water. Thus it hydrates the skin and softens it and since it contains ascorbic acid and caffeic acid.

Tomato can also be considered as a cooling agent and it nourishes the skin and cools it giving you soft and blemish-free skin.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp of cucumber juice
  2. 2 tbsp of tomato pulp

Procedure

  1. Mix the above ingredients thoroughly so that it forms a thick paste.
  2. Apply the paste to the skin in a smooth circular motion
  3. Dry for 15 min
  4. Remove it using lukewarm water

Carry this procedure for around 5 times a week and you can see your skin glow.
